Where do we get our glass?

Some of our glass is recycled, like the Tanqueray green, some comes from Glass Factories, like Bullseye Glass, and sometimes we get lucky and a broken Lalique or Tiffany piece will appear and we get to make something beautiful form the wreckage!

Placing Orders

Shipments are only processed on weekdays.  Please allow for delays due to service interruptions due to COVID-19.  For expedited orders, please contact us at (713) 522-6774, 1-888-778-5996 , or email us at studio@mariquitamasterson.com and we will do our best.

All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, unless expedited shipping is noted on your order. The delivery times listed for FedEx Ground are not guaranteed.  Furthermore, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

International Orders

We are not shipping internationally at this time. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) is in original sales condition.  We refund by whatever the means of original payment.

Exchanges

At Mariquita Masterson, we want you to be happy with everything you purchase. Exchanges will be made using the same guidelines as returns, as long as the item is in original sales condition.

Special Modifications

Every piece on our site is made to order. To have posts added to earrings, for example, we can add that in to your order. A small fee will apply.

Caring for your Mariquita Jewelry

How do I care for my new jewelry? We suggest you put on your jewelry AFTER you apply your perfume. Our jewelry will arrive in a pouch that is lined with Pacific cloth, to keep the silver from tarnishing. After some time, however, you may wish to have your jewelry cleaned, which we are happy to do for a small fee. Please contact us at (713) 522-6774, or email us at studio@mariquitamasterson.com to make arrangements and allow 10 business days for shipment, cleaning and return.
